This billboard was place by Bayeslsa State in Nigeria. With all the problems the state has to take care of, placing this anti-rumour billboard was the most important and urgent one it had.
This is a state that has not recovered from all the money Diepreye Alamieyeseigha, the former governor of the state stole during his tenure.
