It seems like a new wave of phobia for women wearing mini clothes is gradually sweeping across Africa. In Nigeria, a woman was almost striped naked for wearing a mini dress.
Now in Uganda, women have been banned from wearing mini skirt. According to the new directive, it is now illegal for women to wear an outfit that does not cover their knee.
